You can do it!! I wish that I could still run, but at least I am back to walking! And I am increasing my speed, even on the uphills! You will get down I am sure of it! And even if you aren't losing weight, you could be losing inches which is what others may be noticing.

Good for you! Running at 9km/hr is fantastic - I can barely run over 8km/hr! Maybe I'll dig out the C25K program too :)
