OH MY CHRIST.....

We have restriction. I went and had a fill on Friday. Had my first 'stuck' today. I finally feel back in control! No more snacking between meals and I'm actually leaving stuff on the plate. Ok, I would have eaten all my cous cous salad and chicken sausage, but if I'd eaten another fork full I would have been PB'n. So now the rules of this fantastic little band need to be applied. If they are not... then I will pay. My little band baby is already 3 months old. He is just such a joy and I am ready to be pregnant with number two! People look at me like I'm crazy. He is a reflux baby, so it has been testing at times, but even in our darkest hours if somebody offered me a pill to be pregnant instantly.... I would have taken it without a second thought. Now as much as I want to be pregnant again, I need to be responsible. My weight has crept back up to 96-97kg. This is due to not only poor eating habits with no restriction but also due to the fact that I am now a stay-at-home Mum. I have gone from being on my feet for 10 hours a day to sitting on the couch feeding a beautiful baby. I am determined to get down to 85kg before we start trying again. I ventured out for a walk with the pram last week. It was a bit of a disaster as the UV mesh I have over the pram doesn't block out the sunlight. Once I turned the corner at the end of our street my poor little man had the sun in his eyes and started crying. I placed a muslin cloth over the mesh and he went off his head. I am going to head out again tomorrow with just the cloth pegged to the pram. I loved being out of the house pounding the pavement. I am looking forward to making it a daily event! So finally after 3 fills I am nearly back to where I was before I was pregnant. I have 3ml in my 4ml band. BRING ON WEIGHT LOSS!!!!
